How long will delivery take when I order a cake topper?
Most UK orders arrive the next day. Order before 2pm Monday to Friday and we'll dispatch your topper the same day via Royal Mail Tracked 24, so in most cases, it'll be with you the following day.
It really is that simple for most people, but here's a bit more detail so you know exactly what to expect.
Same-day dispatch - how it works
If you place your order before 2pm on a weekday, we pack and ship it the same day. Order after 2pm, or over the weekend, and it goes out the next working day. We work Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays, so it's worth factoring that in if you're ordering around a long weekend.
Once your order is on its way, you'll get a tracking email from Royal Mail so you can follow it to your door.
What if I've left it last minute?
It happens to the best of us. As long as you order before 2pm on a weekday, next-day delivery is the aim, so even if the birthday is tomorrow, you've got a decent chance of making it work. Just don't leave it until the evening and expect a miracle!
How much does delivery cost?
UK delivery is £2.00 flat, no matter how many toppers you order. That's it, no sneaky charges at checkout.
Do I need to be in to receive it?
No, your order arrives in slim, letterbox-friendly packaging. A5 for cupcake toppers, A4 for cake toppers. So even if you're out, it'll be waiting for you when you get home.
What about international orders?
We ship worldwide. Europe takes around 3–5 working days, and the US, Canada, and Australia take 5–7 working days. International orders are sent via Airmail and aren't tracked, so just bear that in mind if you're ordering from outside the UK.
My order hasn't arrived... what do I do?
Don't panic. Delays do occasionally happen, particularly around busy times like Christmas. Just get in touch via our contact form and we'll look into it straight away and get it sorted.
